USA Sourced & Made Human-Grade Quality Turkey Tendon

Unless your dog has a sensitive stomach, it’s a good idea to rotate their chews. Sancho and Lola seem to get more excited with chews when we alternate them. The fibers in our flat tendons have a ‘dental floss action’ that help clean tarter build-up on your teeth. These single flat tendons are lightly smoked in real hackberry wood.

Tendons by nature are fibrous unless they are dehydrated. So if this is your first time, you might want to try our 4oz trial size first. Any chew with fibers can cause a gag-reflex in some dogs. If that happens to your dog, you will want to stick with our twisted “dehydrated” turkey tendons that chew up a lot easier. It is very hard to please everyone, but we certainly try by offering a variety of tendons. These flat smoked are thinner and more opaque than our twisted, but they tend to have more longevity.

Our tendons in order of chew longevity:

Twisted Turkey- Two tendons twisted together, but they are dehydrated so they will not last as long as our single, flat smoked turkey tendons. These are more of a treat rather than a chew for any size dog.

Single Flat Turkey Tendons are a long, and very thin. Perfect chew for dogs 18lbs and under.

Howdy. Sancho & Lola are my German Pointers found in bleak conditions. Since 2015, our little boutique brand from Texas has donated generously to canine rescues to help other abandoned dogs find forever homes too.

When I adopted Sancho in 2011, it was clear he suffered from severe anxiety. The best thing for anxiety is exercise. The second best thing are dog chews. I gave him rawhide but they gave him a lot of tummy trouble. When I discovered that conventional rawhide is a by-product of the leather industry , I looked for an alternative.

Lola was only 36 pounds when we adopted her. You could see every bone in her frail body. In our care Lola thrived into a stunning beauty. Her favorite pastime is sitting the lap of whoever will hold her.
